Car Rental Terms & Conditions

To ensure a comfortable and hassle-free car rental experience in Baku with HELLPERS Supply Co, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the key rental requirements ahead of time. Below are the up-to-date terms and conditions for renters.

1. 📄 Required Documents

• Valid driver’s license 🚘 (detailed requirements are available here 🔗)
• International passport 🛂
• In certain cases, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required 🌍

2. 🎂 Age & Driving Experience

• Minimum driver age: 24 years 👦
• Maximum driver age: 65 years 👴
• Minimum driving experience: 2 years 🚦
• Note: Some vehicle categories may be available to drivers aged 21+ or over 65, subject to a higher deposit and double excess. Please confirm availability with our managers 📞

3. 💰 Payment & Security Deposit

• Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards 💳, bank transfers 🏦, cashless payments, and cash 💵.
• The security deposit can be paid in cash, by bank card, or via bank transfer.
• Security deposit amount:
  • Standard vehicles — from 300 AZN 🪙
  • Premium class vehicles — up to 3500 AZN 💎
• Deposit refund policy:
  • Cash payments — refunded on the day of vehicle return after inspection. ✅
  • Card payments — refunds may take between 3 and 30 days. ⏳
• Booking terms: an advance payment of 20–30% is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance and the deposit are paid upon vehicle pickup. 📝
• Deductions from the deposit may apply in cases of vehicle damage 🔧, traffic fines 👮‍♂️, insufficient fuel ⛽, or other violations of the rental agreement. ⚠️

📌 Standard insurance covers the main risks. In the event of an insured incident, the renter’s liability is limited to the excess amount.
